Our history
Enduring Consulting LLC was born in 2022 when our founder, David Brooks, was asked by a family member to help them build a business they could truly own and believe in. What began as a simple request for guidance quickly revealed a bigger problem: too many small business owners are trying to build their dreams on shaky, disorganized foundations. David stepped in, brought structure to the chaos, and watched that family member go from overwhelmed and uncertain to confident and in control.
From that first project, David saw a calling—to help more owners create businesses they are proud of, not just jobs they feel trapped in. Enduring Consulting LLC was created to answer that need.
