Our history
Enduring Consulting LLC was established in 2022 when our founder, David Brooks, was approached by a family member seeking business growth consulting to help them build a business they could truly own and believe in. What started as a simple request for guidance quickly uncovered a larger issue: numerous small business owners struggle to construct their dreams on unstable, disorganized foundations. David stepped in, providing operational efficiency for small businesses by bringing structure to the chaos, and watched that family member transform from overwhelmed and uncertain to confident and in control.
From that initial project, David recognized a calling—to assist more owners in creating businesses they are proud of, rather than just jobs where they feel trapped. Thus, Enduring Consulting LLC was founded to meet that need for strategic business solutions. Today, we carry the same spirit into every engagement: personal, hands-on support, a relentless focus on clarity and systems, and a commitment to building businesses that last.

David Brooks is the Founder and President of Enduring Consulting LLC, where he specializes in business growth consulting, helping business owners replace chaos with clarity and create a foundation for sustainable growth.
In 2022, a simple request from a family member for help building a business revealed a much bigger need. David saw firsthand how talented and determined business owners could become overwhelmed without the right structure, systems, and guidance. By stepping in, bringing order to the chaos, and helping turn uncertainty into confidence, David discovered a calling to assist other entrepreneurs and organizations in boosting their operational efficiency for small businesses.
Hands-on, approachable, and solutions-driven, David believes in going beyond surface-level fixes. He works to uncover the root of a problem, develop strategic business solutions, and implement systems designed to produce lasting results.
